1. Order Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided that the item has not yet been packed or shipped.
  • After the 1-hour window, the order may have already been processed and shipped, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

  • If partial fulfillment has occurred (e.g., part of the order is shipped), we will evaluate and refund accordingly.

5. Company Right to Cancel Orders

THE VINTAGE HOUR TRADING reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Suspected fraud or misuse
  • Product unavailability or pricing error
  • Failure to receive payment

In such cases, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued.
