1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item if:
- It was received damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of receipt
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Note: Items that are used, damaged by customer, or without original packaging are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance or sale items
- Customized or special-order products
- Items labeled as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase
3. Return Process

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and (if applicable) photos of the defective or incorrect item.
- Wait for return approval and instructions.
- Ship the item back to the return address we provide (shipping costs are borne by the customer unless it’s due to our error).
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
4. Refunds
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
5. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., size, color, or defective issue), kindly notify us within the return period. We will process the exchange subject to item availability.
