1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to addresses within Malaysia. For international orders, please contact us directly at thevintagehour6059@gmail.com for special arrangements.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days upon successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 business days
  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3–7 business days

5. Courier Services

We work with trusted courier partners such as J&T Express, Pos Laju, or others, depending on your delivery location.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this number to monitor your shipment through the courier’s website.


7. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, we will contact you for redelivery instructions. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or find missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. We may request photos for verification.
